Coverage
Supported outputs, export formats, and handoff options.
Use this page when the question is not whether Wesley can extract the statement, but which output format the team should choose after review.
Choose from generic CSV, QBO-ready CSV, QBD-oriented CSV, QIF, and Xero-ready CSV based on the downstream stack.
Keep the statement in a review-first format before committing to the final export.
Use the broader document workspace when the handoff needs CSV, Excel, JSON, or product-level export options.
Import-ready outputs
These outputs are shaped for the downstream systems teams use most often after statement cleanup.

Notes
How to choose the output
Choose generic CSV when review or transformation still has to happen outside the destination system.
Choose QBO, QBD, QIF, or Xero-ready output only after the reviewer is comfortable that the statement rows are clean enough for that destination.
If the team is still unsure, keep the file generic longer. Prematurely choosing the wrong output format creates avoidable rework.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is the safest default output?
Generic CSV. It keeps the statement review flexible when the team is not ready to commit to a system-specific import format yet.
When should I choose QBO or Xero-ready output?
Choose the system-specific output only when the reviewer is comfortable that the rows are clean enough for that destination and the downstream account is known.
Does supported output mean the destination import will always be perfect?
No. It means Wesley can prepare the reviewed file for that destination workflow. The final import still depends on the downstream system and the team's own controls.
